Just as the label says, "Farmstyle Unprocessed Cornmeal.  Ingredients: Corn.  Thats it! No frills, no spills.  No rubbish, no bleach, no removal of nutrients.  Its all there just as nature intended.  Fine cornmeal (Pap) but a little on the course side.  Just the way you like it.  Why not give it a go.  Huge value for you money.

The best pap, my kids will not eat any other brand since we discovered PlaasPap. Even my fussy eater loves it.

So happy we discovered plaas pap from the Saffa Shack. It tastes exactly like those we produced and milled ourselves. My husband was delighted with it.
